We Project Work Process
Customer new project inquiry
After the new project is filed, the project team will identify the information input by the client, such as: identification of special characteristics of the product, evaluation of product dimensional tolerance on process capability, communication of product CMF requirements and inspection standards, etc.
Mold development and manufacturing
After fully considering the requirements of the product, the design team will start to produce the product’s DFM report and Moldflow analysis report, and share our plan with the customer, and at the same time output the Timing schedule for mold development, and update the progress every 5
Prototype->OTS->PPAP->SOP stage
Mold T0-T1 is the internal test improvement stage (Prototype stage), we will record the test results and form a trial history, as well as the mold improvement report and share it with customers; T2 starts to make OTS samples, and moves to PPAP and SOP stage
