Proces
- RFQ — STEP/IGS/DWG/PDF, alloy preference or “open”, annual volume, finish/paint needs.
- Feasibility & quote — process path (hot-/cold-chamber as applicable), tooling approach, piece + tooling price.
- Tooling — in-house mold design & manufacture, tryout.
- Samples — dimensional / visual check; iterate if needed.
- Production — HPDC + CNC secondary ops; surface treatment / painting (baking finish) via approved outside partners when specified.
- Pack & ship — export packaging as agreed.
Boundary: Not every Al/Zn part converts 1:1 to Mg. We will decline or propose redesign when HPDC is unsuitable. Default claim on this page: HPDC + in-house tooling + CNC + outsourced finishing / baking paint—we do not imply sand casting or investment casting as MINDWELL Mg routes on this page.

A: Public capacity: up to 1600T (LK). Mg programs are quoted on the suitable machine and chamber path for the part.
Q: Do you make molds in-house?
